What are the shipping fees and delivery timeline?

We deliver to most countries in the world and is dedicated to meeting a variety of shipping needs. We work in conjunction with the most reliable international and domestic couriers to ensure that your package gets to you safe and on time.

If you order an item that does not offer FREE express shipping, you may choose to upgrade to express shipping.

Do you have a WARRANTY?

Yes! All Cielomo pieces have a 90 days warranty. 

We work with top manufacturers to create handcrafted, responsibly sourced pieces that are made to last. Our 90-day warranty covers the following:

  • Manufacturing defects -- broken chain, faulty clasp, etc.
  • Errors/Item Missing -- stamping errors, wrong size, item missing

This also means that the warranty does not cover lost items, scratches that come with normal wear and tear (like a bent ring or broken chain), improper use or storage of your product, and any modification to your product done by a third party outside of Cielomo.


You must contact us first within the industry leading thirty (30) days exchange/refund period.
All Product must be shipped back with the original packaging or an exchange/refund will not be issued. Please notice: Buyer need pay the shipping fee!

What if I don't want the item that I have purchased?

About the Return and Refund:
【when Not shipped】 :
1. We can only give you a full refund during the custom preparation stage (Before redesign or custom for you).
2. If the product you ordered is in the process of customization and production, according to our store policy, it could't be Fully refund, and we can refund you 50%.

【when Already Shipped】:
1. For the Personalized Product: we cannot refund you anymore since it’s a personalized Custom order, please understand it.🙏

2. For the without-Custom Product: We are more than happy to accommodate returns on package that have NOT been opened, worn or tampered with. Buyer need pay the shipping fee. Or if you don't want to return, we can only refund you with 30%.

What if I haven't received my order?

1. We recommend first to check the shipment status of your item. Most orders will arrive within 10~15 days. At present, our commitment is that items should be delivered to you within 40 days of shipping (Exceptions: national holidays, big promotions).
2. If you do not receive your parcel after 40 days, please contact us for support within 10 days past your estimated delivery date. And then you will have the right to receive a refund due to a Late Delivery incident. 😊

What happens if my parcel(s) fail to be delivered or picked up?

For package that fail to deliver, it is likely that the address is incomplete, or the courier cannot contact you. Please deal with it in time and contact them ASAP to avoid losses due to overstaying.

if it is not processed for a long time, package will be returned to the service provider and causing discarded. You are responsible for any subsequent costs incurred for parcels due to attempted deliveries, insufficient/incorrect delivery information, or failure to retrieve parcels from delivery centers. And new shipping fees will be incurred for all parcels re-sent from our warehouse.

Another way to consider is: we can give a discount(up to 50%) if you want to re-order a new one. 🙏🏻

Can I exchange or get a refund for personalized jewelry?

Returns, exchanges and store credits are not allowed for all personalized jewelry. Please ensure you have entered in your preferred text accurately before placing your order.


Account is not a must if you order at Cielomo. But be make sure add the e-mail address or phone number to get order updates.

How much will I be charged for Taxes?

We have no control over these charges and are unable to advise you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. Kindly contact your local customs office for current import charges before you order, to confirm your local tax and duty fees.
